How it works
Four steps, from the calendar to the mission.
Mechanic
1.Mark available dates
On the race calendar or as available days. As the race approaches, an email asks for them to be confirmed: the availability shown stays up to date.
Team
2.Search by date
The team posts its listing for free and sees how many mechanics are available. With a pass covering its dates, it reads the replies and contacts the mechanics.
Team
3.Open the conversation
With a pass or the Team Pro subscription, the team opens the conversation with the mechanic of its choice: from a reply, or from the list of mechanics available for the race.
Both
4.Reach an agreement
Conversations take place on the platform, and the mechanic shares their phone number or email address if they wish. The mission is confirmed by both sides; the rate is settled directly between them.
The platform takes nothing from the mission.
